Products & Materials

Our materials are commonly used for residential and commercial roofing projects, but they are also used for siding, pole barns, sheds, workshops, carports, agricultural buildings, fence systems, pump houses, and other custom structures. The strength and durability of metal panels make them a practical option for a wide range of exterior applications.

Galvalume® steel is coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy designed to improve corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The coating helps protect the steel from harsh weather conditions while also reflecting heat more effectively than many traditional roofing materials.

Yes. Panels are cut to the required length for each order to help reduce material waste, improve installation efficiency, and provide a cleaner finished appearance once installed.

Yes. Trim can be fabricated to fit different rooflines, transitions, corners, and edge conditions. Custom trim options are available for projects that require dimensions or profiles outside of standard trim configurations.

Trim is formed from matching material whenever possible so the finish and color remain consistent throughout the project. This helps create a more uniform appearance across the roof or structure.

We offer both painted and unpainted Galvalume® panels in multiple color and gauge options depending on current stock and project needs. Panels are available in different lengths and can be prepared to fit the specifications of your project more accurately.

We stock a variety of installation accessories including fasteners, closures, sealants, screws, butyl tape, pipe boots, nutsetters, and metal cutting tools. These components help support proper installation and long-term system performance.

Many products are available in both 29 and 26 gauge material depending on the panel style and color selected. Gauge availability may vary based on current inventory and manufacturer supply.

Yes. Our products comply with Florida approval requirements and are designed to meet the standards needed for use in Florida weather conditions, including heavy rain, heat, and high winds.

Painted Galvalume® materials carry manufacturer warranties of up to 25 years, while plain Galvalume® products carry a 20-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage varies based on the material and finish selected.

Ordering & Pickup

Most orders are prepared on a same-day or next-day basis depending on material availability, order size, and whether custom fabrication or trim work is required.

Yes. Roof drawings can be prepared from plans or submitted measurements to help determine panel lengths, trim requirements, and estimated material quantities.

Orders are placed directly through the office by phone or contact request. This allows project details, measurements, color selections, and material availability to be confirmed before production begins.

No. All materials are prepared for pickup only at the Jacksonville warehouse location. This helps reduce delays and allows customers to coordinate transportation based on their project schedule.

Once an order is prepared, pickup is scheduled at the warehouse and materials are loaded by the team on-site. Orders are organized ahead of arrival to help streamline the pickup process.

Yes. Quotes are provided at no charge and are typically completed within 24 hours. The more detailed the measurements or drawings provided, the more accurate the estimate will be.

Yes. We work with both contractors and homeowners and can assist with projects ranging from small residential builds to larger commercial or agricultural applications.

Yes. Available colors, gauges, and stock levels can be confirmed directly with the office before an order is placed, since inventory may change over time.

Basic roof dimensions, project measurements, panel lengths, or construction drawings are typically needed to prepare accurate pricing and material estimates for an order.

Yes. Materials are frequently used for structures beyond roofing, including barns, sheds, carports, siding, outdoor structures, storage buildings, and fencing applications.

Installation & Performance

In many cases, metal roofing can be installed over an existing single layer of shingles when proper preparation methods are used. Existing roof conditions should always be evaluated before installation begins.

Yes. Metal roofing reflects heat more efficiently than many traditional roofing materials, which may help reduce heat absorption and improve energy efficiency in warmer climates.

A properly installed metal roofing system can provide decades of long-term performance with minimal maintenance. Lifespan will vary depending on installation quality, environment, and material selection.

Yes. Metal roofing materials are recyclable and can often be installed over existing roofing systems, helping reduce construction waste and disposal needs.

Metal roofing systems generally require very little maintenance beyond occasional cleaning and routine inspections to check for debris buildup or damaged components.

Metal roofing systems are designed to perform well in demanding weather conditions and are commonly used throughout Florida because of their durability and wind resistance when installed correctly.

Galvalume® coatings are designed to improve corrosion resistance and help protect the steel against rust over long periods of outdoor exposure.

Yes. Properly installed metal roofing systems are designed to shed water efficiently and perform well during heavy rain and storm conditions.

Yes. Closures, sealants, and properly installed trim help prevent water intrusion, improve weather resistance, and create a more complete roofing system.

Yes, but proper tools such as shears or nibblers should be used to avoid damaging the protective finish. Abrasive saw blades are generally not recommended for cutting metal panels.
